Customer Satisfaction
It is our aim at The Bowls Warehouse to offer 100% customer satisfaction. By only stocking goods from recognised bowls/bowlswear manufacturers, you can be assured of the quality and value of all our products. If however, at anytime you are not happy with the service or products that we offer please contact us on 029 2034 4246.

Collection
All in stock items (excluding coloured bowls) will be available for collection/delivery between 5-7 days from receipt of order. Coloured bowls are made to order, please allow 4-8 weeks. All items can be collected from our premises at 96 Woodville Road, Cathays Cardiff, CF24 4ED.

Postage & Packing
Prices apply to postage to anywhere in Mainland UK. Please phone for details of deliveries outside this area.
For postage and packaging of multiple items: Apply the following prices.
Upto £15.00 order value - Postage charged at £2.50
Upto £25.00 order value - Postage charged at £3.50
Upto £45.00 order value - Postage charged at £4.50
Upto £65.00 order value - Postage charged at £5.50
Upto £200.00 order value - Postage charged at £6.50

Returns
If, upon delivery or collection of any item purchased from The Bowls Warehouse, you find that the items you ordered do not meet your requirements or match your expectations we will be happy to exchange them for something more suitable, provided they are unused and returned to us in original packaging. In such a situation return postage will be at your cost. If we are at fault in delivering your goods, for instance we dispatch the wrong item or it is faulty, we will resolve the problem as fast as is possible and refund any postage costs you may have incurred. The Bowls Warehouse accepts no liability for any damage or loss incurred by the customer or a third party due to delivery, late delivery, non-delivery or any other circumstances no matter how such damage or loss was caused. We are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange on bowls, unless faulty.

Payments
We are happy to accept either cash, cheque (please allow 10 working days for clearance), postal orders or credit/debit cards. Please make cheques payable to The Bowls Warehouse. All prices include VAT. All prices are subject to change without notification, The Bowls Warehouse reserves the right to improve, amend or alter products without prior warning.
